A Festival to Remember: Seltzerland Miami

On Saturday, November 6, Good Dogg Beverage participated at Seltzerland, a large-scale festival and the first of its kind to focus on celebrating the hard seltzer industry. The event was held at The Costa Del Sol Golf Club from 11 PM – 5 PM.  Attendees got to walk the course and sample 25+ brands of seltzers, RTD’s and other beverages while participating in each brand’s onsite experience.

Selterland Miami was a huge success and marked a great turn out for Good Dogg as well as a chance for hard seltzer consumers to get an idea of what the brand is all about.

An Experience to Remember

The Seltzerland event was a huge success for Good Dogg Beverage as it allowed people from the Miami area to share their passion for hard seltzer. Good Dogg had the opportunity to mingle with new potential customers, share our purpose driven brand, and hand out samples of the four flavors of premium hard seltzer.

Festival goers who came by our booth received an exclusive tie-dye Good Dogg t-shirt, as well as frisbees, drawstring bags, and bandanas. We also held interactive games and photos for our Good Dogg fans, and a chance to meet with brand ambassador Randy Costa.

Professional UFC fighter Randy Costa, who was able to spend time at the booth, is an avid supporter and ambassador for the Good Dogg brand.  Randy is a fan of hard seltzer as well as an avid dog lover, and he spent time connecting and sharing his passion with attendees.

The big takeaway from this weekend for Good Dogg was in the voting that happened after all the patrons finished their rounds.  People voted for six categories, and in a statement Good Dogg placed in three of the four categories that were applicable to the brand.  They were 1st in Best Giveaways/Swag, 2nd in Best Hard Seltzer, and 3rd in Best On-site Experience.

What is Seltzerland?

Seltzerland is a festival that takes place in different cities nationwide. The goal is to bring together the seltzer community for a unique, immersive experience showcasing 100+ brands of hard seltzers throughout their tour.

There are several components to the festival, including multiple tasting stations where people can taste unique flavors of hard seltzers, unique food vendors offering tasty treats for everyone to enjoy, photobooths, merch stands and more.

Seltzerland includes a wide array of activities to take part in so everyone has a great time. Each festival location has its own style but almost all of them include music, games and unique opportunities for both presenting brand partners as well as attendees.

Leverage The Beverage

Our main goal is always to spread the message of our “Leverage the Beverage™” campaign. Seltzerland Miami was a great opportunity to get our message out with direct to consumer conversation, an opportunity that is worth its weight in gold.

Good Dogg Beverage proved to be more than just a refreshing new hard seltzer. Our mission and ability to tell that story to attendees resonated throughout the event, and it showed during the voting process.  By placing in so many categories as a new brand, it is clear that customers can identify with our purpose to do good in the world with the platform we have been given within the beverage industry.

Our mission to connect children with rare diseases to service dogs, and help rescue dogs, is shared and executed through our charity partners.  The campaign gives a portion of the profits of every case sold, as well as 100% of the merchandise profits to:

  • KIF1A.org: is a global community dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by KIF1A Associated Neurological Disorder (KAND) and accelerating research to find a cure.
  • Caninesforkids.org: An organization that helps families find the perfect service dog based on their child’s needs. They provide completely free training for families, schools, and communities to prepare them to use their new service dog.
  • Halorescuefl.org: Helping Animals Live and Overcome (H.A.L.O.) provides a no-kill safe haven where extraordinary measures are taken to save homeless pets and protect them from abuse and neglect. H.A.L.O. believes in engaging our community by providing resources, education, and programs to do the same.
